Parents of La Joya ISD Student-Athletes:

In an effort to stream line athletic paper work, La Joya ISD is offering online forms. At the beginning of each school year it is mandatory that all student-athletes fill out the appropriate UIL and La Joya ISD paper work before they will be allowed to practice or try out in athletics. This website is designed to stream line the process, allowing for less shuffling of papers.

Please take a minute and follow read the Parent Account Tutorial to start this process of getting your student-athlete ready to participate. The actual hard copy of the Pre-Participation Physical must still be turned into their athletic trainer on their campus before the first practice or tryout. This piece of paper must be signed by the physician, parent, and student-athlete. They will also need to turn in an actual hard copy of the Athletic Accident Insurance form as well.
